My Mission: An Abundant Life

I am a business professional whose professional work experience began in college while working as a leasing agent at a student housing community and later interning at a local defense company. After college, I continued my career within supply chain supporting organizations within the aerospace and defense industry. Throughout this time of professional growth, I was simultaneously growing both my professional network and investment skillset.

In 2019, months after having our twins, I acquired a single-family home, rehabbed it in 2 months and rented it out before the end of the summer. A few months later, my family and I moved into a new home and turned our primary residence into a second rental. In this short time, I witnessed the power of compounding, passive cash flow from real estate for working professionals.

My wife, Shantell, and I have four little children and love our local community in Melbourne, Florida. Real estate has become an even more valued tool in my life and I strive to share this knowledge and education with anyone who will listen. Since 2020 I have appeared on various podcasts, created an ebook for passive investors and have written over 300 articles on career growth, financial literacy and of course, passive investing.

Outside of my family and mission I am an avid car enthusiast and remain distracted by the allure of auto racing!
